Detailed Description The context of the mission:
To manage all compliance and security challenges for all applications within the tribe.
Agreed with IT, a budget has been allocated for a project manager to join application production to ensure smooth handling of these issues between IT, application production, and all infrastructure stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead complex technical projects
Oversee the entire project lifecycle (scoping, design, execution, deployment)
Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality are met
Manage technical and functional trade-offs
Coordinate teams and stakeholders
Supervise project managers, architects, developers, integrators, etc.
Ensure communication between technical, business, and management teams
Lead steering and monitoring committees
Technical Expertise and Architecture Choices
Approve technological choices and proposed architectures
Ensure technical consistency with the existing information system
Anticipate the technical and security impacts of projects
Budget Monitoring and Risk Management
Develop and monitor project budgets
Identify risks (technical, human, organizational) and implement mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Capitalize on lessons learned to improve project management practices Promote technological innovation within projects
Participate in technological watch and the company's digital transformation
