Main Missions

As part of managing a portfolio of strategic application solutions, we are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee our software suppliers.

The project manager will be the primary contact for publishers and development partners to ensure the quality of deliverables, compliance with contractual commitments, roadmap control, and alignment of developments with business needs and company objectives.

Remote Work Conditions

· No remote work for the first 3 months of the assignment.

· 3 days per week on-site mandatory thereafter.

• Manage the product roadmap with suppliers and in close collaboration with the Product Manager and the Estreem Emission Squads
• Facilitate arbitration and prioritization requests based on business, regulatory, and technical stakes.
• Ensure visibility on milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage delivery schedules and track development progress with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with deadline, quality, and cost commitments.
• Identify, anticipate, and address risks or blocking points.
• Coordinate actions between internal teams and suppliers.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
• Control the quality of supplier deliveries and compliance with validation processes within Estreem.
• Analyze anomalies and manage supplier correction plans.
• Ensure compliance with service levels (SLAs) in accordance with contractual commitments.
• Report risks and remediation proposals to management.
• Develop a constructive and sustainable partnership relationship with strategic suppliers.
• Challenge suppliers on their commitments and performance.
• Facilitate the resolution of escalations and critical situations.
• Provide support to operational teams in preparing operational monitoring committees.
• Prepare steering committee materials with suppliers.
• Ensure alignment on content, particularly on indicators reported by suppliers.
• Ensure communication between different stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT supplier management, service management, Delivery Management, or Product Management.
• Significant experience in managing software publishers.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder IT environments.
• Experience and knowledge of payment systems is a real plus.
• Project management and cross-functional coordination.
