As part of its projects, the client is looking for an experienced profile capable of managing and coordinating cross-functional test campaigns.

The objective is to ensure good organization of testing activities, consolidated visibility on campaign progress, and effective coordination between different teams and stakeholders.

The need is primarily for a project manager with a solid background in software testing and Test Management, capable of taking a high-level view of operational testing activities.

The candidate must have proven experience in project management or Test Management, with a good understanding of software testing processes.

The determining criterion is experience in cross-functional management: the client is looking for a profile capable of coordinating multiple teams or test scopes and consolidating results at a global level.

Work Environment

Multi-team IT environment, with technical and functional stakeholders, in a context of cross-functional project and test campaign management. Coordination of project, QA, and acceptance teams, tracking of defects and risks, consolidation of results, and reporting. Use of test and defect management tools. Agile and/or V-cycle methodologies.

• Organize, plan, and coordinate cross-functional test campaigns.
• Ensure monitoring of campaign execution and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate activities between different teams, applications, and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper articulation of the different test phases.
• Supervise the tracking of defects detected during campaigns.
• Coordinate the necessary actions for their analysis and resolution.
• Identify risks, blocking points, and inter-team dependencies.
• Facilitate exchanges and arbitration necessary for the continuation of tests.
• Consolidate the overall progress of test campaigns.
• Centralize results from different teams.
• Produce synthetic reports on progress, defects, risks, and points of attention.
• Communicate results to project managers and governance bodies.
• Assist in decision-making by providing a global and reliable view of test quality and progress.
• Contribute to the improvement of test processes and practices.
• Harmonize monitoring and reporting methods.
• Identify areas for improvement to optimize campaign execution.

• Significant experience in project management, test coordination, or Test Management.
• Organization and planning of test campaigns.
• Monitoring of progress and results.
• Defect and blocking point management and tracking.
• Consolidation of indicators, risks, and blocking points.
• Reporting to project managers and governance bodies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage dependencies.
• Experience with test campaigns involving multiple teams, applications, or organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or V-cycle methodologies.
• Proficiency in test and defect management tools: Jira/Xray, HP ALM/Quality Center, TestLink, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and test industrialization.
• Certifications in software testing, particularly ISTQB, or in project management.
