Project Manager Ulisse Deployment

Project overview

You will join Soors to manage the deployment of an innovative solution on-site, in the energy sector. You will support the operational and financial management of a demanding project, in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams and a structuring industrial environment.

Position and missions:

• Manage the deployment of the Ulisse solution on two potential sites.
• Adapt the organization and activity according to load variations, with 7 levels of options to integrate.
• Guarantee the operational and financial compliance of the project according to client specifications.
• Coordinate on-site teams and ensure detailed planning of deployment phases.
• Carry out monitoring and regular reporting to the project owner.
• Manage incidents and risks related to the mission, ensure compliance with safety procedures.

• Work within a structured industrial environment, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Use of advanced office tools and strict adherence to safety procedures.
• Management of variable workload, anticipation and adaptation to activity.
• Location: Aurillac or Brives Charensac (regular on-site presence required).
• Partial remote work possible: 2 days per week.
• Mission duration: 1 year renewable twice for one year (1 year + 2 x 1 year).
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
• Rigor, adaptability, and respect for deadlines are essential to succeed in this high-stakes mission.
