Project Opportunity for Pro Lima PLM Lead role - Hamburg, Germany (2 days onsite/week)

Project overview

Dear Candidate,

Requirements

Lead the technical design, development, configuration, enhancement, and support of Pro Lima PLM solutions across different Modules and related business processes.

Own complex L2/L3 incidents, problems, and service requests; perform root-cause analysis; coordinate corrective and preventive actions; and drive issues to closure.

Lead installation, configuration, upgrades, deployments, and environment management for Pro Lima PLM and Web services.

Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, middleware, integration, and network teams to maintain secure, scalable, highly available, and recoverable services.

Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical designs; estimate effort; and lead development and deployment activities.

Plan and govern releases, change requests, testing, cutover, rollback, and production validation.

Mentor developers and support engineers, conduct technical design and code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles; monitor service levels and recurring trends; and provide clear status, risk, dependency, and resolution updates to stakeholders.

Good to have:

• Pro Lima PLM expertise: In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Product management, Bill of Material, Product Quality management , change management, Project management, workflows, roles, privileges, and core PLM business processes.
• Technical development and customization: Strong hands-on experience with Pro Lima implementation, Application maintenance
• Application support and problem management: Proven L2/L3 support capability, including complex incident & Service Request management, production issue resolution, and adherence to change and release controls.
• Platform administration and architecture: Experience with Pro Lima PLM installation, configuration, upgrades, Web Server administration, SSO, load balancing, security, performance tuning, and high-availability environments.
• Technical leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead delivery teams, review designs and code, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate effectively with business, infrastructure, security, middleware, integration, and vendor stakeholders.
• Experience integrating Pro Lima with ERP, CAD, MES, or other enterprise platforms using web services, APIs, middleware, or file-based interfaces.
• Knowledge of regulated or validated environments, documentation standards, testing, and change management practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, DevOps or CI/CD practices, automated testing, monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and service-continuity improvement.
• Exposure to enterprise PLM data migration or transformation initiatives
