We're looking for a senior Project Management professional with strong Change/Transformation experience to lead complex, large-scale programmes within a secure Government Environment.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Engineering & Operations Director with a dotted line into the Head of Strategic PMO.

- Leading major, complex projects and programmes across the UK and overseas
- Providing senior direction, decision-making and issue resolution
- Driving change, continuous improvement and delivery maturity
- Strengthening project governance, assurance, risk and compliance
- Working closely with the Strategic PMO to improve consistency and predictability
- Leading, mentoring and developing project management teams
- Managing senior stakeholders and influencing at executive level
- Improving project management methodologies, tools, processes and standards
- Overseeing resource, capability and capacity requirements
- Significant senior Project/Programme Management experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure
- Strong Change/Transformation and continuous improvement experience
- Experience delivering large-scale projects/programmes in complex, global environments
- UK and overseas delivery experience
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Excellent governance, assurance, risk and compliance knowledge
- Expert knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or similar methodologies
- Strategic PMO experience is desirable
- Relevant professional accreditation such as PMP, APM or MSP Practitioner
- Active DV clearance
- Start: flexible

- Rate: 100-109 EUR/h
