Responsibilities

Profile sought

You have concrete experience in N1/N2 proximity IT support. You are proficient in troubleshooting Windows workstations, routine operations in Active Directory, and supporting user equipment.

You know how to conduct a diagnosis, simply explain a solution, and keep the user informed until their request is resolved. Your service orientation, rigor, and discretion are essential, especially with VIP users.

Operational English B2 is mandatory. You must be able to communicate orally with an English-speaking user, understand their problem, and guide them through the resolution steps. A short exchange in English will be part of the qualification process.

This mission is for an independent professional. It is not an offer for permanent employment (CDI or CDD).

• User support: handle N1/N2 requests and incidents, on-site and remotely, in French and English.
• Diagnosis and resolution: identify and resolve hardware and software malfunctions of workstations, peripherals, and network printers.
• Equipment preparation: install, configure, and maintain workstations and software required by users.
• Access and ticket management: perform routine operations on Active Directory accounts and passwords, document interventions, and escalate incidents requiring additional expertise.
• IT inventory monitoring: contribute to the management of equipment, stocks, and hardware movements.
• Your availability date and your independent status.
• Your desired daily rate in euros (excluding tax).
• Your ability to work on-site in Paris 15th.
• Your English level and an example of using English in a previous support mission.

Branch Advice is looking for an N1/N2 proximity support technician to assist users of one of its clients in Paris. You will handle daily incidents, equipment preparation, and IT inventory monitoring, with a particular focus on service quality and support for VIP users.
