Proxy Product Owner Data

Project overview

As part of a digital transformation project for Research & Development, we are looking for a Proxy Product Owner (PPO) to join a Scrum team responsible for Data, LIMS, and analytical platforms. You will support the Product Owner in the functional steering of developments and be a key player in the validation, quality, and go-live phases.

Your missions:

Profile sought

• Assist the Product Owner in monitoring and prioritizing User Stories.
• Analyze the backlog and ensure a good understanding of business needs.
• Write test scenarios and procedures (JIRA / Xray).
• Perform functional tests of developed User Stories and collect associated evidence.
• Collaborate with Data, Development, Quality, and Business teams to ensure deliverable compliance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
• Ensure monitoring of go-lives and associated operational actions.
• Produce Agile indicators and reports (velocity, burnup, sprint reports).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the quality of delivered solutions.
• Significant experience in a Proxy PO, PO, or BA role.
• Solid mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Very good knowledge of JIRA and test management tools.
• Experience in Data, BI, or complex application platform environments.
• Mastery of API testing (Postman) and SQL databases.
• Good understanding of SaaS/PaaS architectures, data flows, and APIs.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, laboratory, health, or scientific research sectors is a real asset.
• Professional English is essential.
