SF Partners is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous purchase ledger experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

• Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
• Preparing and processing payment runs.
• Dealing with supplier queries and resolving invoice and payment issues.
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring invoices are authorised correctly.
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
• Previous experience within a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Able to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Start: flexible
• Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, UK, GB
• Rate: 14-14 EUR/h
