Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features in Python and Angular, based on functional specifications
- Work on both Backend and Frontend developments
- Participate in BUILD and RUN activities, ensuring the development of enhancements and maintaining the operational readiness of applications
- Analyze the needs and the technical and functional impacts of requested enhancements
- Participate in technical grooming sessions and contribute to design choices
- Perform tests, document developments, and ensure compliance with standards and best practices
- Contribute to the quality of service and the proper functioning of applications in production

Context: You will join a squad dedicated to developing AI-based assistance solutions. You will work on two products in particular: a conversational assistant for bank advisors and a solution that consolidates HR information for managers. The squad consists of a Project Manager, a Scrum Master, 2 Business Analysts, and 4 Developers.
