Python Developer - AI

Project overview

We are looking for a Python AI Developer to join a Solution Factory team, responsible for designing and deploying innovative AI solutions for our client's digital transformation.

You will actively contribute to the development of the AI Services platform.

Responsibilities

Profile sought:

• Design and develop new business cases within the existing platform.
• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and intelligent pipelines on Azure.
• Develop and maintain MCP servers for communication between agents and internal tools.
• Create and orchestrate complete AI pipelines: ingestion, processing, storage, and result generation.
• Integrate and manage databases and vector stores (Chroma, Cosmos DB, Azure AI Search, etc.).
• Develop high-performance Python APIs with FastAPI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Automate deployments using Azure DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Implement monitoring and observability mechanisms.
• Participate in technological watch and propose continuous optimizations to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to transform functional needs into concrete AI solutions.
• Ensure active technological watch on AI frameworks and distributed architectures.
• Development of Copilot agent
• At least 2 years of experience in AI development for large account projects
• Excellent command of Python, and solid experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and FastAPI.
• Practical knowledge of Azure cloud architectures, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of databases, vector DBs, and REST APIs.
• Analytical and design mindset, capable of combining technical rigor and creativity.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and results-oriented in an agile and international environment.
• Language skills: fluent English and French.
