Context:

As part of the development of its digital journeys, a major banking group is looking for an experienced QA / Functional Tester with a Proxy Product Owner posture to strengthen its team dedicated to Digital Sales.

You will work on web and mobile platforms for individual and professional clients, within a team responsible for the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of sales journeys.

The objective of the mission is to secure critical business acceptance phases, ensure the reliability of production releases, and guarantee the quality of the customer experience, in close collaboration with Product Owners, the Product Manager, developers, and validation teams.

Main Missions:

Technical Environment:

• Define and maintain the functional testing strategy based on business risks, critical customer journeys, and product priorities.
• Analyze business requirements, User Stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test cases, prerequisites, and necessary datasets, then design and maintain test plans and acceptance scenarios.
• Prepare datasets and execute functional and non-regression testing campaigns on web and mobile sales journeys, identifying, qualifying, and tracking defects until their resolution.
• Manage the progress of acceptance testing and secure production releases: monitor campaigns, report risks, produce test evidence, and contribute to validation decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and technical teams to clarify functional expectations, ensure the reliability of acceptance criteria, and improve QA practices, test assets, and the identification of scenarios to automate.
• QA & Functional Tests: test strategy, scenario design, acceptance plans, functional tests, non-regression.
• QA & Agile Tools: Jira, Confluence, Xray (appreciated), test campaign and defect management.
• Digital & Customer Journeys: web and mobile applications, digital sales journeys, user experience, individual and professional clients.
• Product Management: Proxy Product Owner, User Stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, product prioritization.
• Quality & Production Release: validation, risk management, defect tracking, test evidence, delivery validation.
• Continuous Improvement: capitalization of test assets, identification of automatable scenarios, optimization of QA practices.
