Project overview

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Continue ongoing improvement tasks within the Care & Safety domain
• Contribute to projects such as setting up access to Women's and Family Shelters, developing guidelines for shelter locations, and further developing process management and AVE
• Analyze quality issues and formulate improvement proposals
• Identify and support improvements in processes and services, with attention to feasibility and coherence
• Collaborate with fellow quality advisors, quality testers, process advisors, project managers, policy advisors, and internal auditors
• HBO work and thinking level
• Proven experience in a role as a quality officer or quality advisor within a municipal organization
• Familiarity with quality management and process improvement
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding the WMO (Social Support Act) within the social domain
• Experience within the Care & Safety domain, such as social welfare, supported living, women's and family shelters, AVE, and complex target groups
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and network partners
