Project overview
The quality advisor works within the Care & Safety domain to connect policy, execution, and systems.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Continuing ongoing improvement projects within the Care & Safety domain
- Contributing to projects such as setting up access for Women and Family Shelters, developing guidelines for shelter locations, and further developing process management and AVE
- Analyzing quality issues and improvement proposals and advising on them
- Initiating and supporting improvements in processes and services, with attention to feasibility and coherence between frameworks, systems, and agreements
- HBO work and thinking level
- Proven work experience as a quality advisor, quality employee, or in a similar role within a municipal organization
- Knowledge of quality management and process improvement
- Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding WMO within the social domain
- Knowledge of and experience within the Care & Safety domain, such as social support, protected living, women and family shelters, AVE, and complex target groups
- Good collaboration with colleagues, management, and network partners
