Jobbeschreibung
SVB is seeking a quartermaster to establish a context and knowledge platform, bridging factual knowledge, user needs, and technology for AI applications.
Project overview
Three reasons why this is your assignment
You contribute to the foundation on which all SVB's AI applications run: without reliable knowledge and context, value realization through the use of AI is impossible.
You help translate solutions and possible applications into starting points and requirements for the platform, make dependencies and choices impossible, and support the solution.
You contribute to a socially relevant program that directly works on citizen services.
Assignment: Quartermaster Context and Knowledge
For the development of a context and knowledge platform, SVB is looking for a quartermaster who will create the connection between factual knowledge, user needs, and technology. The platform must provide a context and metadata layer that is usable for people, AI agents, and AI processes, and for the collaboration between them.
The possible data and information are spread across various source systems, including program code, documentation, documents, and datasets.
You help the involved parties largely determine what information is available, where it is located, how it is accessible, how ownership is organized, and what its quality is.
You categorize with stakeholders what knowledge is needed and how it is made suitable and reliable for use by humans and AI.
Result
A shared vision of the goal, user needs, relevant applications, and the functioning of the platform for humans and AI.
Insight into relevant source systems, data, and information: where they are located, how they are accessible, what their quality is, how ownership is organized, and where gaps or contradictions exist.
Agreements on the structure of context and metadata, knowledge management, quality, and access to information.
A first, jointly supported set of requirements and starting points as a basis for the platform's development.
Starting points for assessing and improving the quality of AI responses and processing user feedback.
An executable approach where content and technical activities align.
Ownership by the involved parties for use, management, and further development.
You do it
You gather needs from users and content stakeholders and identify which applications.
You bring together knowledge domains, relevant source systems for program code, documentation, documents, datasets, and other information with involved content experts, knowledge owners, and architects.
In doing so, you consider questions about access, quality, and usability for humans and AI.
You explicitly identify which part of the missing knowledge is not recorded anywhere and what is needed to do so.
You facilitate agreements on taxonomy, metadata, knowledge management, access, and quality frameworks with the parties responsible for them.
You combine relevant experts with architects and development teams and help translate interests and solutions into usable requirements for the platform.
You make dependencies, outstanding choices, and knowledge gaps practical and support the involved parties in decision-making.
You help organize how AI responses and user feedback are limited and how quantities in knowledge and context are handled.
You guide those involved in the new working method and help secure ownership for use, management, and further development.
You are the
Experience with setting up a context and knowledge platform.
Demonstrable experience in translating the needs of users and authentic experts into usable requirements for technical teams.
Experience connecting business, information, and technology within change initiatives.
Experience with how information is organized, managed, and made accessible.
Experience with AI and understanding of how AI applications use knowledge and context.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and supporting implementation.
A structured approach, with attention to data quality, access agreements, and adoption.

-When offering a candidate for the above request, a sub-contracting arrangement is not allowed. The candidate must be employed by your organization.
If there is an extra link in the chain, we will not consider your offer and will reject it immediately.
-A valid VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is required upon deployment; starting earlier is not possible.
Additional information
When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Dutch Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).
The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client.
We design these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account.
This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.
The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) or not, and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad.
You can request the G-account from the Tax Authorities.
If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) quarterly.
In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
Well, the costs for this statement are for your own account.
