Project focus

You’ll join a Ruby on Rails delivery team building digital services for a UK public sector client, splitting your time between Rails feature development and strengthening the team’s automated testing. That means building out RSpec and system test coverage, using browser automation tooling, keeping CI pipelines fast and reliable and helping make sure services meet accessibility standards.

Minenhle Mdluli

• 5+ years’ commercial experience with Ruby, including hands-on Ruby on Rails feature work
• Strong automated testing skills with RSpec, including system and integration tests
• Browser test tooling such as Capybara, Selenium, Cypress or Playwright
• Building and maintaining CI pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab CI)
• Working knowledge of accessibility testing (WCAG, automated a11y checks)
• Experience delivering for UK public sector clients is highly desirable
• Must be based in Portugal, Poland or Romania
