• development of a new greenfield healthcare portal that will provide users with information about health claims, medications, and related healthcare services
• development of a solution for a client from the healthcare sector in cooperation with an American partner focused on pharmacy benefits management
• collaboration with the US team on the development of a modern frontend built on React and TypeScript
• development of new frontend functionalities and user interface
• development of frontend architecture with regard to long-term scalability and maintainability
• working with Redux for application state management and Jest for testing
• web performance optimization, bottleneck identification, and working with relevant metrics
• solving communication between the client and server parts of the web application with an emphasis on resilience
• collaboration in a 2-day onsite mode in Prague and the remaining part remote with time flexibility for later afternoon or evening calls with the US team
• at least 5 years of commercial experience with React across multiple projects
• at least 2 years of commercial experience with TypeScript
• at least 2 years of commercial experience with Redux
• practical experience with Jest
• English at C1 level enabling confident daily communication with the US team
• availability to start collaboration no later than November 1, 2026
• possibility of working 2 days a week onsite in Prague
• time flexibility for some calls with the US team in the late afternoon or evening hours
• experience with frontend architecture and its further development
• knowledge of web performance, relevant metrics, and optimization of performance bottlenecks
• experience with developing products used by real customers
• knowledge of principles of secure frontend development and web accessibility
• experience with GraphQL
• experience with Webpack
• experience with HIPAA
