Within the Human Resources Department, you will participate in the recruitment of employees and interns (from the creation of the need to contracting). You will work on writing job offers, selecting shortlists with managers, conducting interviews, debriefing, and writing contracts, as well as monitoring the onboarding of new hires.
You will participate with the rest of the team in employment events, job fairs, and other events aimed at improving Safran's attractiveness.
Compensation will depend on your experience and diploma level, in line with the Metallurgy pay scale.

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, in an industrial or technical environment. You have mastered the entire recruitment cycle (from needs assessment to integration) and have an advanced level of English, essential for daily work. With excellent interpersonal skills and a consulting approach towards managers, you demonstrate rigor, responsiveness, and good teamwork.
