Regional Test Lead

Project overview

As part of an international ERP transformation program, we are looking for a Regional Test Lead to manage and coordinate testing activities for the European scope.

You will be involved in the various testing phases of the program, including SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Testing, ensuring the coordination of functional, technical, Data Migration, and business teams.

You will also be responsible for coordinating potentially India-based (offshore) resources and collaborating with numerous international stakeholders.

The mission is long-term, with the possibility of supporting the different testing waves throughout the program.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Environment

• Lead and coordinate testing activities at the regional level (Europe).
• Define and monitor the strategy, planning, and execution of testing phases.
• Supervise SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing campaigns.
• Coordinate functional, technical, Data Migration, and business teams.
• Ensure the follow-up of defects, remediation plans, and performance indicators.
• Guarantee the proper preparation and execution of the different testing waves.
• Provide reporting to stakeholders and project management.
• Manage interactions with offshore teams, particularly in India.
• Identify risks, anticipate blocking points, and propose action plans.
• Support teams in preparing for critical program phases, especially approaching SIT.
• Proven experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager on ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be highly appreciated.
• Very good command of testing methodologies and phases: SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
• Experience in managing testing campaigns for international or regional deployment projects (Rollout).
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or Test Management tools.
• Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment.
• Fluent English is essential, as all project exchanges and documentation are in English.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Long-term mission, with the possibility of continuing over several testing waves.
• 2 days of remote work per week, with possible flexibility depending on the profile.
• International scope: Europe, with potential coordination of offshore resources in India.
• Full-time availability essential approaching SIT phases.
• Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
