– A leading Local Authority based in the West Midlands who offer training programmes for any RBIs looking to progress up the regulations
Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the Council’s area on an initial 4 month contract basis with a high view to extend
– Offering site inspection and plan checks
– 5 days a week
– Up to £59 per hour
Responsibilities

– Speaking to clients in the area to ensure the full building regulation process is met
– Conducting site inspections and plan checks across the Council
– Working as part of a wider team of 5 Surveyors
Requirements

(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)
– Class 2A+ RBI
– Experience with a Local Authority (desirable)
– Experience of team working
– Problem solving skills essential
