Remote opportunity based in Washington, DC. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while handling commercial real estate transactions. Attorneys admitted in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia are especially encouraged to apply.
Note: Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience involving commercial leasing, acquisitions, or sales and dispositions. Active U.S. bar admission is required, with DC, Maryland, or Virginia admission preferred.

Job Description
- Manage commercial real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, and property sales.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related legal documents.
- Guide clients through due diligence, title review, contract negotiations, and closings.
- Advise property owners, investors, and businesses on transactional legal matters.
- Independently manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to deliver practical, efficient legal solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal judgment.
