Remote freelance Senior Designer - layout and collateral design

Project overview

Our client, a well-known audio supplier, is looking for a Senior Designer to join their team in a freelance capacity 40 hours a week through the end of the year. You will be focused on sales enablement, marketing collateral, and event design, working independently and quickly. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running. This role will support creating high-quality visual assets that align with brand standards while driving engagement and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, presentations, and supporting collateral. Create polished marketing assets for upcoming campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives. Lead creative development for major events and trade shows, including concepting and designing theater animations, signage, invitations, event branding, and attendee badging. Translate creative concepts into compelling visual designs with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions. Collaborate with global design teams to execute projects and maintain visual consistency across regions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or B2B marketing environment. Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, sales collateral, marketing materials, and event graphics. Exceptional layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience designing for both digital and print applications. Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and quickly become productive with minimal onboarding. Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working across global teams and time zones. Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or large-scale events such as CES is highly preferred. Ideal Candidate A highly skilled designer with outstanding layout and production capabilities.
