• Accompany young individuals to educational, social, and community-focused engagements.
• Maintain exemplary standards of professional boundaries, regulatory compliance, and National Care Standards.
• Partner collaboratively with multidisciplinary residential teams to maintain seamless, round-the-clock continuity of care.
• Direct experience supporting children or young people within a residential care, social work, or therapeutic background.
• PVG Scheme membership (or full eligibility and willingness to register).
• SVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Residential Care (or SCQF equivalent) is strongly preferred, though candidates actively working towards this qualification will be considered.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (highly desirable).
• Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive, calm, and empathetic approach.
