Responsible for Control HKR Citycampus

Project overview

We are looking for a Construction Control Manager with coordination responsibility for the project's control and inspection organization for HKR Citycampus for our client AB Kristianstadsbyggen!

We appreciate if any questions are communicated via email as they often need to be escalated for coordination with the client. These questions and answers will be published at the bottom of this text on an ongoing basis.

Interview:

The consultant/supplier may be called for an interview if necessary to establish qualification requirements.

Contract Terms:

Terms for the assignment will be based on Ework's framework agreement with the client, which applies ABK 09 with certain deviations. See the "Example Agreement" attachment and the AF codes.

The offer must be valid for 1 month, and no reservations for additional costs other than those stated in the assignment description and the example agreement may be made. Please note that offers will not be accepted in cases where they contradict what is stated in the Example Agreement and AF codes.

The last day to apply is 2026-11-04 (at 23:59).

Please note that this is a call-off from an already procured framework agreement, which means that the procedure for call-off and evaluation/feedback differs from a traditional consultant procurement.
