Our client, a retail bank within a large banking group, is looking to strengthen its IT system migration program.

Mission Objective

The consultant will support the Test Lead, who is responsible for preparing and managing the rollout schedule.

They will play a central role in coordinating all actions necessary for successful rollouts, from preparation to execution and monitoring.

As rollouts involve many sequenced and interdependent tasks, the consultant must be able to pay very close attention to detail and secure each stage of the process.

Yes - 2 days/week

• Support to the Test Lead, coordination of rollouts
• Contributing to the creation and updating of rollout schedules.
• Identifying all technical and functional tasks to be performed.
• Verifying the sequencing and consistency of the various actions.
• Identifying dependencies, prerequisites, blocking points, and risks.
• Coordinating the various contributors involved in the rollout.
• Monitoring the progress of actions and following up with the relevant contacts.
• Preparing synchronization meetings and monitoring materials.
• Participating in rollout rehearsals and simulations.
• Monitoring the execution of operations on the day of the rollout.
• Contributing to incident and discrepancy management.
• Formalizing lessons learned and improvement plans.
• Significant experience in managing complex rollouts.
• Proficiency in migration preparation or go-live processes.
• Comfort in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to consolidate and validate detailed schedules.
• Ability to anticipate risks and blocking points.
• Great rigor and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to act as an orchestra conductor for numerous stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and factually, even under high pressure.
