Skill set
Business Analysis expertise on an RPA platform (UiPath or other)
4+ years’ experience with Automation (RPA ideal)
Experience working with RPA Process Definition Documents (PDD) ensuring Process Understanding goals like as-is path and bot-path.
Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
Business process management and modeling.
Experience in IPAL (Intelligent Process Automation Lab) Lead in business interactions.
Experience in Intelligent Automation, including RPA, Generative AI and Agentic AI (UiPath or other platforms) is preferred.
Certification: UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals is preferred.
Experience working in Healthcare industry is preferred.
