Job status: Freelance | Sector: Tech scale-up | Location: Fully remote | Mission length: 3 months, renewable, full time, starting as soon as possible
Context
We are supporting an international scale-up whose UK Operations teams have several roles to fill at the same time, at their site near London. To speed things up, the company is looking for a freelance recruiter to take ownership of these hires from start to finish, in English.
Responsibilities

You will work with the UK Operations teams (freight, customer service, warehouse) who are hiring.

- Recruit 3 UK-based Operations roles: Operations Coordinator, Senior Freight Coordinator, Fine Art Technician
- Source, approach and screen candidates autonomously, up to the shortlist
- Run the process in the company's ATS and keep hiring managers updated on progress
- Adapt your priorities as needs evolve, in a start-up environment
