Drive the stability of Digital Workplace services, orchestrate major incident management, and guarantee SLA governance for a major banking client.
As part of strengthening operational steering and IT service governance within a major player in the banking sector, we are looking for a Run Manager / DWP (Digital Workplace) Service Manager. Your role will be central, transversal, and highly responsible: you will be the preferred point of contact between client IT teams and technical teams to ensure the availability, stability, and quality of critical infrastructures and applications, while managing service contracts, crisis resolution, and obsolescence compliance.
Your Future Environment
You will evolve at the heart of the IT department of a leading banking institution, within a demanding organization driven by the management of critical services. As the conductor of RUN operations, you will work in a hybrid setting (3 days per week at the client's site, with on-call duties) and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. This is the ideal environment to leverage your mastery of ITIL v4 processes, utilize cutting-edge ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Power BI), and manage the smooth transition of projects from Build to Run.
Your Key Missions
Service Contract Governance & Major Incident Management (RUN & GOVERNANCE Mode):
Continuous Improvement, Obsolescence & Audit Compliance (IMPROVEMENT & SECURITY Mode):
Reporting, Build-to-Run Transition & Management (STEERING & LEADERSHIP Mode):
- Ensure the development, monitoring, and control of multi-client and multi-activity service contracts in line with service level agreements.
- Coordinate and manage the resolution of major incidents and crises, ensuring effective and appropriate communication with stakeholders and management.
- Serve as the primary and preferred interface between client IT teams, the entity, and various technical experts.
- Participate in out-of-hours interventions through scheduled on-call duties (HNO).
- Manage and steer roadmaps for addressing obsolescence and monitoring vulnerabilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor remediation actions in direct response to internal and external audit recommendations.
- Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans to sustainably optimize service quality.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of data recorded in the CMDB and manage employee access rights.
- Prepare service quality monitoring reports and lead steering committees (COPIL) with internal bodies.
- Write essential operational documentation, including post-mortem analyses and platform documentation.
- Actively participate in new implementation projects and ensure the smooth operational transition from Build to Run.
- Contribute to the support and skill development of team members on ITSM processes (incidents, changes, problems).
