• Identify client needs, advise them, and sell them corresponding products
• Welcome clients to the agency and by phone
• Prepare quotes and follow up on them
• Manage client orders and associated supplier orders
• Ensure the smooth running of your orders and compliance with confirmed conditions
• Ensure compliance with current procedures, particularly regarding customer credit, using all available tools
• Collaborate: work effectively with the Group's sales and logistics teams
• You have a BAC+2 (commercial or commercial actions) qualification
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the building sector
• You are comfortable with the Office Suite
• Your writing skills are recognized by all
• You demonstrate rigor, excellent communication skills, and enjoy teamwork
