Salesforce Developer + Admin + Support

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Triggers.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Provide L2/L3 production support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving defects, and performing root cause analysis.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Perform deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Manage user administration, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and data security.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and platform health.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support releases, enhancements, data migration, and system upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices.
• 7+ years of Salesforce Development and Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
