Salesforce Testing Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive functional and automated testing strategies for Salesforce projects across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce)
• Lead the implementation and optimization of testing platform for Salesforce automation such as Provar, Tricentis Tosca, Accelq, etc.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using TOSCA, Selenium, and other industry-leading tools
• Revamp and standardize the organization's testing processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Lead and mentor the QA testing team in advanced testing techniques and automation practices
• Establish and maintain test data management strategies and synthetic data creation processes
• Conduct thorough functional testing including regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure testability and quality are built into solutions from design phase, Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, test cases, and testing standards
• Provide testing expertise during Salesforce releases, deployments, and system upgrades, Drive quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
