The mission consists of ensuring the operational maintenance of Block SAN Storage infrastructures (as opposed to NAS or S3).

The client exclusively uses Cisco SAN technologies and PureStorage disk arrays, so mastery

All these architectures are managed from the Charenton le Pont site and the Balma site in Toulouse.

Regular work with colleagues located in Porto implies mastery of English.

• Handle requests and incidents (Run)
• Provide expertise and support to infrastructure clients.
• Participate in the evolution projects of these infrastructures, particularly migrations, hardware upgrades (HPO), and code upgrades (HPO).
• Propose and develop optimization tools/methods
• Participate in the evolution and migration of administration tools (mostly Perl scripts) to a more current language (Python) and/or more industrial processes based on SNMP, for example.
• Participate in the development of metrology/compliance tools such as openmetric, PowerBi, feeding a PostgreSQL database...
• Participate in the development of delivery automation tools (Ansible, AA2P...)
