Project overview
The consultant works within the SAP CRM team of the Kadaster on maintaining and further developing the CRM/SD functionality.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Developing and managing CRM/SD functionalities
- Monitoring the operational system, such as message traffic, jobs, actions, and shortdumps
- Managing mail forms and Word document templates
- Participating in Scrum and DevOps sessions together with the Product Owner and users
- Providing second and third-line support to the user organization
- Applying and keeping the SAP Kadaster standards up-to-date
- Academic or HBO work and thinking level
- Certification in the field of SAP CRM
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CRM
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Agile environment
- Demonstrable experience in successful collaboration within multidisciplinary agile teams
- Demonstrable track record in successfully completing complex assignments
- Fluent command of the Dutch language, oral and written
