Job Description
Within the SAP CRM team, you are responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing SAP CRM and SAP SD functionalities within a complex enterprise environment. You will translate the wishes of users and clients into workable solutions and coordinate architectural and integration issues with specialists and architects.
The scrum team consists of SAP CRM Consultants, an SAP CRM ABAP specialist, a tester, and a Product Owner. The environment includes:

- Develop and manage CRM/SD functionalities
- Monitor operational systems, jobs, and message traffic
- Maintain mail forms and Word document templates
- Participate in Scrum and DevOps sessions
- Spar with Product Owner and user organization
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support
- Apply and maintain SAP standards
- Coordinate integration issues with involved specialists
