SAP HCM Developer

An new contract opportunity has arisen for a Senior SAP HCM Developer to join a delivery and product backend team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ABAP development, enhancements, application support and technical issue resolution within an enterprise SAP environment.

You will work closely with functional HCM consultants, Basis teams and business stakeholders to design and deliver robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional SAP ABAP development experience
• Strong SAP HCM / HR technical experience
• Strong knowledge of ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP
• Experience developing and enhancing SAP HCM solutions, reports and applications
• Good understanding of SAP HCM data structures, infotypes, payroll and time management
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills
• Experience with enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits and custom developments
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces such as IDocs and OData
• Basic knowledge of modern SAP development technologies such as CDS Views or Eclipse/ADT
