Context:

Project Manager HR - EXPERT

We are looking for an HR Project Manager to lead transformation and evolution projects for HR processes, leveraging digital solutions, particularly SAP SuccessFactors. The assigned person will act as the link between HR business teams, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of business needs and continuous optimization of HR processes. The expected skills are consistent with the HRIS roles described in the internal SAP repositories.

Gather, analyze, and challenge HR business needs.

Lead deployment, evolution, and continuous improvement projects for SAP SuccessFactors.

Translate functional needs into adapted application solutions.

Coordinate HR, IT, integrator, and publisher teams.

Supervise design, configuration, testing, acceptance, and go-live phases.

Support users in change management and training.

Ensure monitoring of SAP releases and evaluate their impact on HR processes.

Guarantee the quality of HR data and compliance with governance and conformity rules.

Track performance indicators, risks, project schedule, and budget.
