SAP MDG-M Developer

Project overview

We are looking for a SAP MDG-M Developer to join our TITANS freelancers team for an interesting implementation project in SAP environment.

Project requirements

• implementation and technical development of SAP MDG-M in SAP S/4HANA environment including deployment in co-deployment or hub deployment architecture
• extending standard SAP MDG data models with custom entities, attributes
• configuration of Change Request Types, staging and data activation
• design and configuration of workflow processes including approvals, escalations and agent determination
• implementation of validation and derivation logic through BRF+ and MDG-specific BAdIs
• development and modification of ABAP solutions including BADIs, enhancements, CDS Views and technical debugging
• implementation of dynamic agent determination, service provider BADIs, cross-entity validations and custom workflow logic
• configuration of email notifications, data checks and data enrichment mechanisms
• modification of feeder classes, UIBBs and FPM configurations for SAP MDG user interfaces
• design and configuration of data replication through Data Replication Framework (DRF)
• working with MDG API, key mapping and duplicate checking mechanisms
• analysis and troubleshooting of data replication issues between SAP and external systems
• performance tuning and problem diagnostics using ST05, SAT, SLG1, workflow logs and MDG framework logs
• implementation of SAP Notes and ensuring transports between individual system environments
• collaboration with functional consultants and technical teams in the design and implementation of master data management solutions for materials
• collaboration takes place in a 100% REMOTE mode
• min. 5 years of project experience with SAP technologies, including min. 2 years with SAP MDG
• valid SAP MDG certification required
• experience with:
• implementation of SAP MDG-M throughout the entire project lifecycle ·
• SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG architecture in co-deployment or hub deployment mode
• extending data models, configuring Change Request Types, staging and activating data
• DRF replication and configuration of BRF+ validations and derivations
• UI Modeling in WebDynpro and CBA
• ABAP development including BADIs, enhancements, CDS Views and debugging
• development of feeder classes, UIBBs and FPM configuration
• SAP Business Workflow, rule-based workflow, escalations and approval processes
• integrations via ALE/IDoc, MATMAS, Web Services and OData
• SAP MDG API, key mapping, duplicate checking and replication troubleshooting
• advanced knowledge of Material Master processes and related SAP tables, especially MARA, MARC, MBEW and MVKE
• advanced debugging and performance analysis skills using ST05, SAT, SLG1, workflow logs and MDG framework logs
• experience with implementing SAP Notes and managing transports between system environments
• ability to independently analyze technical problems and implement complex SAP MDG-M modifications
• · advantage experience with:
• SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 for MDG applications
• integration of SAP MDG with other SAP and non-SAP systems
