SAP Project Manager

Project overview

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the delivery of SAP migration projects involving S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SuccessFactors, and related SAP solutions.

Build and maintain project plans, budgets, resource plans, and RAID logs.

Report project status, progress, risks, and dependencies to executive sponsors and steering committees.

Coordinate functional leads, technical leads, integration teams, and system integrator partners.

Manage project scope, change requests, vendor contracts, and Statement of Work (SOW) compliance.

Oversee testing, data migration, cutover, training, and go-live readiness activities.

Apply SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate.

Drive project governance, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable SOX, audit, and security controls.

Ensure a smooth transition to support teams and manage post-go-live hypercare activities.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
