As part of a digital transformation program, a large international industrial group is looking for an SAP Project Manager to support the redesign and deployment of its Product Master Data (MDM Product) repository.

This project requires close coordination between the various SAP stakeholders to identify the impacts of the MDM Product redesign on the relevant modules and to ensure the smooth progress of the work.

The objective is to structure the actions to be taken, facilitate exchanges between stakeholders, and manage the deliverables and associated developments.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, interfacing between the different SAP experts and the teams involved in the program.

• Identify and analyze the impacts of the MDM Product redesign on the various SAP modules.
• Study the interactions with modules related to product management, particularly SAP MM, PP, and PLM.
• Gather the necessary information from the various SAP stakeholders to understand the consequences of the planned changes.
• Identify points requiring adaptations or developments.
• Define and structure an action plan based on the identified impacts.
• Organize the various actions to be undertaken with stakeholders.
• Ensure the scoping of the work to be carried out and its monitoring.
• Ensure the proper coordination of interventions between the various stakeholders.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with the relevant SAP experts and contacts.
• Facilitate exchanges between teams to clarify needs and expected actions.
• Ensure the reporting of workshops and formalize conclusions.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders to ensure the consistency and progress of the work.
• Monitor the progress of expected deliverables within the program.
• Manage the progress of identified developments.
• Ensure regular monitoring of actions undertaken.
• Identify any blocking points and facilitate their resolution with the relevant teams.
