SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to join our ERP & Business Solutions division. In this role, you will design and guide maintainable, standardized solutions within our SAP S/4HANA landscape while collaborating with global business teams and stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management to deliver high-quality, sustainable IT solutions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to impactful projects from anywhere in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide maintainable, standardized solutions within the SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring adherence to clean-code principles
• Mentor and enable an agile team of developers and consultants through architectural reviews and design discussions
• Partner with Global Business teams to translate complex requirements into actionable SAP S/4HANA proposals
• Evaluate business requests critically to guide stakeholders toward sustainable IT solutions
• Drive compliance with GxP, GDPR, and other regulatory standards throughout the architectural lifecycle
• Shape the long-term technical vision for the Asset Management domain, evaluating new technologies and integration frameworks
• Ensure solutions are audit-ready by embedding strict compliance and governance practices into the architecture

Requirements

Nice-to-have requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar lead role within SAP S/4HANA
• Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management
• Proven experience in heavily regulated environments, with knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GDPR
• Strong command of enterprise management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of modern delivery frameworks, including Agile and SAFe
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative leadership style
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Familiarity with integration/middleware patterns and multicultural collaboration models
