SAP SD Project Coordinator – Annecy

Project overview

As part of a project with an industrial client based in Annecy, we are looking for a junior SAP Project Coordinator with knowledge of the SAP SD module to act as the interface between business teams, SAP teams, and external stakeholders, while also taking charge of certain operational subjects directly.

• First experience in coordinating or managing SAP topics.
• Knowledge of the SAP SD module.
• Ability to ensure the link between business teams, SAP, and external partners.
• Experience in monitoring functional topics and inter-team coordination.
• Good communication, organization, and reporting skills.
• Adaptability to work on various topics within a versatile team.
• Knowledge of DOCUMENTUM appreciated.
• Experience with system integrations (REST API, flows, middleware) is a plus.
• Coordinate the various project topics related to the SAP environment.
• Ensure the interface between business teams, SAP, and external partners.
• Monitor the progress of actions and ensure reporting on topics.
• Lead follow-up meetings and write associated minutes.
• Produce and maintain documentation for the topics covered.
• Take charge of certain functional subjects directly within the SAP SD scope.
• Participate in the coordination of interfaces and application flows.
• Contribute to the smooth running of a versatile project team in an industrial context.

Presence: 100% on-site the first month, then 3 days on-site / 2 days remote work per week
