SAP SD Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support to end users working with the SAP SD module in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Resolving incidents, system errors, and functional issues related to SAP SD.
• Supporting and maintaining SAP SD functionalities related to sales, order processing, delivery, shipping, and billing.
• Working closely with end users to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborating with other SAP administrators and functional teams to ensure system stability and business continuity.
• Participating in SAP maintenance and development projects, including activities related to SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Monitoring SAP updates and notes and supporting the implementation of relevant corrections.
• Monitoring interfaces and third-party solutions integrated with SAP within the assigned area.
• Ensuring the correct functioning of SAP SD processes and their integration with other modules, particularly SAP MM and SAP FI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as an SAP Administrator or SAP Support Consultant, preferably in a production environment.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting the SAP SD module.
• At least 1 year of experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a module administration or support role.
• Proven experience in SAP SD maintenance and ongoing user support.
• Experience supporting end users in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Knowledge of SAP SD business processes, system functionality, and cross-module dependencies.
• Experience participating in an SAP S/4HANA migration project is a strong advantage.
• Higher education degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and good work organisation.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution company.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori.
• SAP certifications.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Support Consultant to provide ongoing system maintenance and support for end users in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.

The role focuses on resolving incidents, ensuring system stability and the correct functioning of SAP SD processes, supporting users in the SAP S/4HANA environment, and contributing to maintenance and development projects. Experience participating in an SAP S/4HANA migration project will be a strong advantage.
