Project overview
Our client is urgently seeking a Senior SAP Service Delivery Manager to take over the management of an SAP service, ensure service continuity, and oversee client relations and team coordination.
- Take over the operational management of an SAP service in a demanding industrial environment.
- Ensure the management and monitoring of RUN and BUILD activities, guaranteeing service quality and continuity.
- Manage the backlog, define priorities, and monitor requests and developments.
- Supervise the management of major incidents, recurring problems, and service requests.
- Monitor contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Location: Nanterre.
- Pace: 3 days on-site per week.
- Language: Fluent English indispensable.
