SAP Technical Consultant ABAP / Webdynpro / Workflow (secondment)

Project overview

The assignment includes managing and further developing Webdynpro ABAP software within SAP for financial processes.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the Webdynpro ABAP software developed for 3F, including budget preparation, commitment, and payment.
• Coordinating development and management activities with cluster management FDC.
• Preparing estimates and calculations for development work based on specifications and change requests.
• Translating business requirements and functional designs into technical designs for ABAP, ABAP OO, Webdynpro ABAP, and SAP Workflow.
• Aligning solutions with standard SAP functionalities.
• Realizing solutions with ABAP, ABAP OO, Webdynpro ABAP, and SAP Workflow.
• Performing unit tests and reporting on realized solutions.
• Compiling configuration documentation.
• Preparing and checking transports.
• Transferring knowledge to cluster management FDC.
• Analyzing and resolving findings and test incidents.
• Reporting progress to the cluster manager management FDC.
• University work and thinking level, demonstrable through education or at least five years of work experience at this level.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and building applications with ABAP, ABAP OO, Webdynpro/ABAP, and SAP Workflow.
• Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform and its associated ICT infrastructure.
• Several years of experience with the programming languages ABAP, ABAP OO, Webdynpro/ABAP, and SAP Workflow.
• Experience within an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
• Preferred: experience with custom solutions within FI, CO, PSM, and BW.
• Preferred: knowledge of and experience within the public sector, with KFI processes, 3F, and WijBestellen.
• Preferred: experience with the Personal Object Worklist (POWL).
• Desirable: managing or leadership competencies.
• Experience with guiding end-users.
• Experience with architectural principles.
• Conceptual knowledge of management and maintenance of information systems.
• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• Team player with analytical ability and a proactive, accurate work attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
