SC Cleared User Researcher
6-Month Contract | Fully Remote | £500-£550 per day Inside IR35
We're looking for an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a public sector project on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for someone with experience delivering user-centred research and helping teams design and improve digital services.

- Plan and conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors and pain points.
- Conduct interviews, usability testing and other qualitative and quantitative research activities.
- Analyse research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, developers and wider delivery teams.
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders and influence service design decisions.
- Ensure digital services are accessible, inclusive and aligned with user needs.
