Scrum Master – Insurance / Mutual Insurance

Project overview

As part of an application project led by a player in the insurance/mutual insurance sector, we are looking for a Scrum Master responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the Scrum framework and guaranteeing the delivery of business value under good conditions.

The position is based in Paris and is part of a cross-functional environment, interacting with business, IT, and UX teams.

Missions

Profile Sought

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master, capable of supporting a team in a demanding and collaborative delivery context.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and animation skills, with a real ability to drive subjects forward and streamline exchanges.

Expected Skills

• Facilitate Scrum rituals: Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective.
• Support the team in adopting and adhering to agile practices.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and UX teams.
• Track sprint progress: backlog, velocity, burndown.
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting the team.
• Contribute to backlog prioritization and clarification with the Product Owner.
• Ensure compliance with delivery commitments: quality, deadlines, value.
• Manage reporting and escalate alerts to project stakeholders.
• Good command of the Scrum framework and agile practices.
• Experience in team facilitation and managing dependencies/blockages.
• Comfort in an insurance/mutual insurance environment.
• Good command of Jira.
• Ability to work with business, technical, and project stakeholders.
• Sense of reporting, structuring, and prioritization.
