Interim Scrum Master needed to support the agile transformation of the Data Warehouse department within IV Data Services. The role involves coaching scrum teams, professionalizing agile practices, and collaborating with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters.
Project overview
As Scrum Master, you contribute to the agile transformation of the Data Warehouse department within IV Data Services:
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Supporting and coaching scrum teams with various disciplines
- Professionalizing the agile working method according to Scrum and SAFe within IV Data Services
- Stimulating self-management and continuous development within teams
- Escalating team-specific bottlenecks to ART level and collaborating with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer
- Making results transparent and resolving impediments
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to maximize value for customers
- Contributing to the professionalization of Agile methods such as DevOps
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certificate as a minimum requirement, PSM II is preferred
- Proven experience in the role of Scrum Master, ideally gained at a large organization or government institution
- Practical experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) and familiarity with ARTs
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- Demonstrable experience with setting up High Performing Teams
- Affinity with DevOps
- Knowledge of and experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Proactive and strong communicative attitude
