Project overview
As a Scrum Master, you ensure that multiple teams within a complex licensing chain work together efficiently.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Facilitating collaboration between multiple PO's and teams within the licensing chain
- Removing obstacles so that the entire chain delivers more value
- Coaching teams in Agile practices
- Connecting technical and business communication between colleagues
- Challenging development teams from a technical knowledge perspective where necessary
- Discussing implementation approaches within the chain
- Completed HBO or WO education
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of Scrum, with the ability to transfer this to teams in a coaching capacity
- Familiarity with other Agile methodologies, such as SAFe and Kanban
- Technical experience to act as a sparring partner for development teams
- 3 years of experience with licensing, supervision, and enforcement (VTH objects)
- 3 years of experience with complex ICT landscapes with interdependent building blocks
- Recognized certificate, for example PSM I, PSM II or CSM (3 years)
