Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Guiding multiple multidisciplinary teams in the development of national policy within the healthcare sector
• Facilitating the agile way of working within the organization
• Supporting effective collaboration between the teams
• Contributing to the realization of concrete policy products and results
• Setting up and facilitating agile events
• Implementing the agile methodology with teams with little or no experience with it
• Collaborating with product owners and clients in achieving results
• Developing and facilitating workshops, knowledge sessions, and team meetings around agile working
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a non-IT environment
• PSM I, PSM II, or CSM certification
• Extensive experience with complex environments full of stakeholders, preferably gained in the public sector
• Proven knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods
• Well-developed skills in coaching, process facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Working and thinking level at Bachelor/Master's degree level
• Proven experience in simultaneously guiding multiple teams
• Experience with agile transformations in large organizations is recommended
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
