For a large French pharmaceutical laboratory, we are looking for a part-time freelance Scrum Master. He or she will support an IT team in a demanding health environment.
Your role
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retro) and ensure the agile framework
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
- Remove obstacles and facilitate communication between IT, R&D business units, and stakeholders
- Track team indicators (velocity, predictability, quality) and drive continuous improvement
- Disseminate agile culture in a regulated context
